Proven success leading AI transformations in software development and integrating AI into customer offerings.
Strong business acumen linking technology to customer value and commercial outcomes; cybersecurity knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end digital IoT solution engineering and technology strategy.
Drive development and delivery of complex digital IoT solutions across hybrid cloud and edge.
Spearhead AI and agentic AI transformation in software processes and offerings.
Lead and develop a high-performing engineering leadership team across cloud, edge, analytics, cybersecurity.
Own cybersecurity as a core function and embed secure-by-design throughout development.
Establish agile delivery governance, metrics, and quality standards with balanced innovation and debt management.
Foster cross-functional alignment with product management, architecture, operations, and stakeholders.
Promote an innovation-driven engineering culture supporting scaling, talent development, and R&D transformation.
