Job summary

Amplifon is seeking a Group Internal Audit Intern for its Global Headquarters in Milan to support the Internal Audit & Risk Management Team. You will work on multiple audit projects, assist in follow-up actions, and prepare reports for governance bodies.

The role requires a Master’s in Economics or similar, strong analytical and communication skills, fluency in Italian and English, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team for a 6-month, October 2026 start.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics or similar is required.
• Analytical mindset to identify internal audit issues and propose solutions.
• Fluency in Italian and English; strong written/spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits and assessments across HQ departments and subsidiaries.
• Carry out follow-up audits and assess corrective action implementation.
• Support continuous monitoring to ensure action plans meet deadlines.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for governance bodies.
• Stay updated on evolving audit practices, tools, and testing methodologies.
