BDR Thermea Group is seeking a Category Manager for Indirect Procurement based in Bassano del Grappa or Barcelona. You will own end-to-end procurement for non-production categories, negotiating high-value contracts and developing group supplier strategies to drive value and cost-down across the organization.

The role involves collaborating with site management, procurement teams, and finance, traveling within the EU as needed, and working 3-4 days per week in-office at Bassano or Barcelona.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of procurement experience in Marketing, HR, consultancy services and engineering services.
• Experience across manufacturing and engineering environments preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing large contracts and complex suppliers.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end procurement of products, services and site projects from supplier selection to contract management.
• Negotiate high-value, complex contracts with service providers.
• Develop group supplier strategies and a preferred supplier list.
• Monitor supplier performance against milestones and KPI targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business needs and budgets.
