Ariston Group is seeking a Digital Factory leader to shape governance, strategy and rollout of manufacturing platforms across our plants. You will align ICT solutions with production needs to enable scalable, standardized operations and strong security.

You will collaborate with global ICT teams, plant stakeholders and partners to drive performance, risk management and international change initiatives, while ensuring reliable service continuity and measurable value.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related Manufacturing/Supply Chain field.
• Solid experience in ICT Manufacturing/Digital Factory environments, multinational preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain/Operations processes with Lean/WCM exposure.
• Proven experience with MES/MOM platforms and IT/OT integration (ISA-95).
• Good knowledge of telecommunications, infrastructure and security architectures.
• Proven ability to lead transformation programs and manage international stakeholders.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Availability to travel.

Mansioni

• Lead Digital Factory governance, strategy and rollout across plants.
• Drive standardization of manufacturing applications and processes at Group level.
• Define and steer the technology roadmap for manufacturing platforms.
• Contribute to governance and service model evolution for factory systems.
• Oversee rollout of the Digital Factory model for scalable deployments.
• Lead strategic manufacturing initiatives as program owner with internal teams and partners.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of complex programs with delivery, cost control and risk management.
• Collaborate with Digital Manufacturing to prioritise demand across plants.
• Interface with Business Process Owners and global ICT teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Ensure service continuity, performance and reliability with providers.
