thyssenkrupp nucera Italy is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive gH2 sales opportunities and build client relationships across international markets. The role involves leading bid preparations from engineering services to turnkey chemical plants and negotiating with customers.

You will collaborate with global sales and execution teams, participate in trade fairs, and contribute to strategic bid development in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Competenze

• University degree (Graduate Engineer / Master’s) in process engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering (process focus) or industrial engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in chemical plant engineering or a comparable environment, ideally in project management or sales.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Excellent oral and written command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.
• Outgoing personality with good negotiating skills and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
• Willingness to travel internationally on short notice due to the global nature of the business.
• Self-initiative, ability to work under pressure, strong organizational skills and leadership qualities.

Mansioni

• Active selling of innovative and sustainable electrolysis products.
• Heading bid preparation for bids from reservation agreements, engineering services, electrolyzer modules to turnkey chemical plants.
• Evaluating international requests and developing innovative bid strategies.
• Leading the preparation of technical and commercial bids in consultation with central divisions and negotiating with customers.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships at division and management levels at customer organizations.
• Working and coordinating within the global thyssenkrupp nucera sales and execution teams.
• Participating in trade fairs and conferences including presentations.
