thyssenkrupp nucera Italy seeks a seasoned sales professional to drive gH2 opportunities and secure sales agreements. You will lead bids spanning from reservations to turnkey chemical plants, evaluate international requests, and coordinate across global teams to win projects.

The role requires a Master’s degree in engineering, 5+ years in chemical plant engineering or sales, strong English, and willingness to travel internationally. An outgoing, proactive leader is essential.

Competenze

University degree (Graduate Engineer / Master’s) in process engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering (specializing in process engineering) or industrial engineering.
At least 5 years in chemical plant engineering or similar, ideally in project management or sales.
High level of computer literacy.
Excellent English (spoken/written); a second foreign language is a plus.
Outgoing personality with negotiation skills and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
Willingness to travel internationally on short notice.
Strong initiative, ability to work under pressure, good organization, and leadership.

Mansioni

Active selling of innovative and sustainable electrolysis products.
Heading bid preparation for bids including reservations, engineering services, electrolyzer modules, and turnkey plants.
Evaluating international requests and developing bid strategies.
Leading technical and commercial bid preparations and negotiations with customers.
Establishing and maintaining relationships at customer organizations.
Coordinating with global sales, BD and execution teams.
Participating in trade fairs and conferences, including presentations.
