Job summary

Ascom is a global healthcare technology company seeking an experienced HR Systems Expert to join the Global HR team. You will manage day-to-day HR systems, support processes, ensure data quality, and deliver analytics to the business.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to optimise our HR technology landscape, coordinate enhancements, and drive continuous improvement across our HR platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience with HR systems and HR technology solutions.
• Experience supporting HRIS implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.
• Strong analytical skills with reporting and dashboard experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in an international environment and cross-country collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support global and local HR systems, including HRIS and payroll platforms.
• Coordinate system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance across HR data.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making.
• Provide user support, guidance, and training on system capabilities.
• Coordinate with external vendors and monitor service levels.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and user experience.
• Support global HR projects with planning and stakeholder management.
• Maintain system documentation, procedures, and governance standards.
