World Food Programme seeks an Assistant Executive Director, Workplace and Management, to lead human resources, staff wellbeing and enabling functions at a senior level. You will drive leadership for management services, security and technology, ensuring a cohesive, responsible and results‑oriented organisation across headquarters and country offices.

Qualifications

• Experience: minimum 20 years in senior management or relevant fields.

• Shape policies, strategies and initiatives to advance WFP's mission and goals.
