World Food Programme seeks an Assistant Executive Director, Workplace and Management, in Rome, to lead human resources, staff wellbeing and enabling services across global operations. • 20+ years of progressively responsible experience in senior management, administration or related fields.
• Strong leadership and strategic management at international level; experience in humanitarian or development sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at the highest levels
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion; track record in inclusive leadership
