Job summary

Gnosis by Lesaffre seeks a Strategy & Health Category Excellence Director to shape a 3–10 year strategic vision and drive execution across R&D, marketing, regulatory, and operations. You will lead transformation programs and define KPIs that measure growth, profit, and customer outcomes.

The role sits on the extended leadership team, partnering with the Global Head of Strategy & Innovation to push the BU forward in a growing, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in consumer health, B2B/B2C category management, or strategic planning.
• Demonstrated track record of driving growth and transforming strategy into results.

Responsibilities

• Shape long-term and 3–10 year strategic vision aligned with corporate goals.
• Bridge strategy with R&D, marketing, regulatory, and operations to translate plans into measurable actions.
• Define and implement a health category excellence framework to improve customer experience and BU performance.
• Lead executive communications and engage with external stakeholders to showcase thought leadership.
