Job summary

SKYLOTEC GmbH is seeking a Controller to advance its finance function and strengthen KPI‑based performance management across the group. The role focuses on providing financial insights, business analysis, and decision support for global operations within an international manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate across borders with stakeholders, drive management reporting, and optimize working capital while enhancing data quality in ERP/CRM/BI systems.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking with a pragmatic, proactive, results‑oriented approach.
• Experience in Controlling, FP&A or Business Finance, preferably in an international manufacturing environment.
• Fluent German and English with cross‑functional communication skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel; familiarity with BI tools and ERP systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive the further development of global management reporting across customer, product and segment performance.
• Conduct profitability analyses, working capital reviews and cash optimization initiatives.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators with international stakeholders.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses, business cases and scenario modelling for management decisions.
• Coordinate forecasts, budgets and variance analyses with actionable recommendations.
• Enhance sales controlling in partnership with Sales Management and CRM solutions.
• Strengthen data quality and reporting across ERP, CRM and BI platforms.
