LHH Recruitment Solutions is recruiting a Financial Controller to join the Headquarters in Bolzano for a leading multinational manufacturing company. Relocation package provided and up to 2 days of smart working per week.

You will monitor profitability, support month-end closing, budgeting and forecasting, analyse project financials and KPIs, and contribute to tender business plans. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Economics/Finance, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and English at level B2.

Competenze

• Master University Degree in Economics, Finance, etc.
• Proficiency in MS Office with excellent Excel and PowerPoint
• Advanced English (B2)
• Experience in Financial Controlling, Auditing/Consulting, or cross-functional Finance roles

Mansioni

• Monitor profitability by market and product.
• Support month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities.
• Prepare and analyse project financials, ensuring consistency with budget and profitability targets.
• Monitor KPIs related to project execution, identifying deviations and assessing their financial impact.
• Support the preparation of Business Plans for new tenders, from data collection and financial analysis to reporting packages for Senior Management.
• Provide accurate financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
