TeamSystem seeks an Integration Architect to join the Finance Integration team. You will define the finance integration architecture in alignment with ICT, coordinate cross-country activities, and lead a team of internal and external specialists through AS-IS assessments, gap analyses, and solution design.

Role requires experience in multi-country finance transformation programs, strong knowledge of SAP/Oracle/Workday Finance, and mastery of integration patterns.

Competenze

• Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 7-8 years in roles such as Finance Architect / Integration Lead / Solution Architect within finance programs.
• Proven experience in multi-country finance transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or Workday Finance (at least one platform at architectural level).
• Proficiency in enterprise integration patterns: APIs, events, ETL/ELT, iPaaS.

Mansioni

• Define the target integration architecture for finance processes with internal ICT.
• Coordinate with ICT/EA to align finance requirements with the technology roadmap.
• Lead the Integration Design & Governance team across AS-IS assessment, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Oversee the finance integration plan: milestones, dependencies, risks, escalation.
• Drive the Finance Integration + IT Steering Committee with CFO, CIO, and other leaders.
• Validate technology choices related to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday), iPaaS, MDM, and identity.
• Monitor delivery KPIs: plan adherence, design quality, gap closure, time-to-go-live.
• Support multi-country rollout strategy, ensure consistency between standard model and local specifics.
• Coordinate collaboration with system integrators and external consultants during design and delivery.
