Job summary

Freudenberg Group, via Corteco, seeks a Finance Analyst for Group Reporting, Consolidation & Governance to support financial governance foundations for an expanding international business. The role is open to talents at Weinheim, Germany, or Pinerolo, Italy, with hybrid work options.

You will partner across entities, drive improvements, and ensure accurate reporting in a multilingual, multinational environment.

Qualifications

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Extensive years of experience in group reporting, consolidation, financial controlling, accounting governance, or corporate finance within international environment.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidation principles, financial reporting, month-end closing, provisions, accruals, and balance sheet management.
Proven ability to analyze complex financial topics, challenge assumptions, and deliver high-quality results with accuracy.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, with understanding of business impact.
Experience partnering across multiple entities, functions, and stakeholders in an international organization.
Drive process improvements, digitalization, and finance transformation projects.
Strong command of Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools; experience with HFM/Hyperion, Power BI, SAP BI or similar platforms is an advantage.
Fluent English; German is an advantage.
