Job summary
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting an Account to Report (ATR) Finance Analyst for Milan, Italy. The role focuses on managing B2G reconciliation, coordinating with finance, tax, and procurement teams to ensure accurate data and timely reporting.
Strong accounting knowledge and ERP experience are required. You will build Power BI dashboards and Alteryx workflows, driving efficiency in global finance processes while complying with legal and corporate standards.
Qualifications
- Solid accounting & finance knowledge.
- Basic VAT knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills across levels.
- Clear, concise communication in English and Italian.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Manage B2G reconciliation processes and ensure accurate filings.
- Oversee daily operations for eInvoicing and eArchiving across global markets.
- Collaborate with finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance.
- Prepare detailed reconciliation reports and analyse variances.
- Coordinate data flows between local teams and authorities for reporting obligations.
- Support automation initiatives and audit preparations for reconciliation.
