Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Italy is hiring a Finance Analyst to join the Finance Department on a fixed-term 12-month contract at the Latina production plant. The role reports to the Finance Supervisor and works with cross-functional teams to manage budgeting, forecasting and financial closing activities.

The ideal candidate has a finance-related degree, 2+ years of experience, fluent English, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with SAP/BW and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economic/Management Engineering.
• 2+ years finance or related business experience; pharmaceutical sector preferred.
• Fluent in English (B2 or above).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with SAP/BW, Power BI or other BI tools required.
• Anaplan/TM1/QLIK knowledge nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Support the financial inventory controlling process with standard cost management, analysis and release.
• Business partner for cross-functional departments in supply chain; ensure budget holders have timely and accurate information and insightful analysis.
• Own financial forecast ensuring high accuracy.
• Support closing activities with variance analysis and root-cause analysis; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with finance accounting policies and SOX/PWC/231 requirements.
• Support controlling team in creating/maintaining Finance Master data.

TheFinance Analystwill be responsible for the following activities:

• Support the financial inventory controlling process with standard cost management, analysis and release
• Business partner for cross-functional departments in supply chain where she/he will take responsibility to ensure that budget holders have access to timely and accurate information, provide insightful analysis and allow effective spending management
• Own financial forecast ensuring high level of accuracy
• Support all the closing activities for the areas of responsibility, providing variance analysis, understanding root causes and implementing corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with finance accounting policies and procedures, accountable for SOX/PWC/ 231 requirement
• Support the controlling team in creating/maintaining Finance Master data

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economic/ Management Engineering
• A minimum of 2 years finance or related business experience is required. Previous experience in a Pharmaceutical sector preferred
• Fluent in English (B2 level and above)
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with SAP/BW, Power BI or other BI tools required
• Anaplan/TM1/QLIK knowledge nice-to-have

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€33,700.00 - €54,395.00
