Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Milan, Italy, seeks an Account to Report Finance Analyst to manage B2G reconciliations, collaborate across finance teams, and ensure compliant data handling. The role focuses on accurate general ledger and statutory reporting with a strong emphasis on automation and cross-functional efficiency.

You will build interactive Power BI dashboards and Alteryx workflows, support audits, and contribute to process improvements in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Solid accounting & finance knowledge.
• Basic VAT knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of staff.
• Clear, concise communication across stakeholders.
• Open to new ideas, rapid changes and new technology.
• Strong collaboration, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in a Shared Services Centre or multinational company.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Manage B2G reconciliation processes and ensure accurate filings and reporting.
• Perform daily operations for eInvoicing and eArchiving for global markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Support Legal Entity Accounting activities and ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare detailed reconciliation reports and analyze variances.
• Coordinate data flows between local teams, Global services accounting, and authorities.
• Assist in automation projects and maintain controls and compliance.
• Participate in audits and respond to inquiries related to reconciliation.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and Alteryx workflows to drive insights.
