E-Dea Transport Technology is seeking a Functional Product Analyst to join our Customer Service Unit, working with international clients on software implementations and ongoing improvements. You will combine deep product knowledge with business analysis and hands-on configuration to help customers use our software effectively.
You will lead workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into practical configurations and enhancements, collaborating with Product, Development, QA and Customer
Competenze
- Experience as a Functional Analyst or BA in enterprise software.
- Ability to translate requirements into practical functional solutions.
- Hands-on configuration experience.
- Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.
Mansioni
- Lead workshops to analyse business processes and gather requirements.
- Assess requirements against product capabilities and gaps.
- Produce functional specs, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate approved requirements into application settings and workflows.
- Explain business needs to developers and support QA verification.
- Support testing, UAT, and go-live readiness.
- Deliver product demonstrations and train customer users.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and issue investigation.
