Stellantis seeks a Dealer Auditor based in Turin to support the Dealer Audit organization. The role will plan, execute, and report audit results for dealership warranty activities, ensuring consistent application of warranty policies across the dealer network.

You will prepare notification letters, maintain audit tools, and analyze root causes to improve processes and systems. Travel up to 100% and collaboration with the Dealer Audit Lead Auditor are expected.

Competenze

• Master's Degree
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in auditing, finance/accounting, engineering, project management, quality assurance, or related automotive industry experience
• Automotive (Technical) knowledge of information systems and repair/diagnostic procedures
• Strong computer skills and proficient with MS Office (O365)
• Understanding of franchised dealership model
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Italian and English
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel up to 100%

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role will support the Dealer Audit organization in planning, executing, and reporting audit results associated with dealership warranty activities. Audits are primarily conducted to ensure the consistent application of Stellantis warranty policies and procedures while maintaining accuracy and fairness across the dealer network.

The Dealer Auditor will also be responsible for preparing and communicating audit-related information, such as notification letters and specialized reports detailing audit results, and in maintaining the audit tools.

Additionally, the Dealer Auditor will maintain oversight of Stellantis' warranty policies and programs, performing root cause analysis, recommending corrective actions, and identifying opportunities to improve internal and external processes and system functionality.

The candidate will be based in Turin, with travel up to 100%, and will report to a Dealer Audit Lead Auditor.

Candidates may be requested to assist with other dealer audit activities (e.g. Sales).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's Degree
• A minimum of 5 years professional working experience in Auditing, Finance/Accounting, Engineering, Project Management, Quality Assurance, or related technical automotive industry experience
• Automotive (Technical) - In-depth knowledge of automotive technical information systems and repair/diagnostic procedures.
• Strong computer skills and highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (O365 / Online Collaboration Version)
• General understanding of the franchised dealership model
• Quantitative, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Knowledge of risk management, control objectives/activities, and automated/manual controls
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business environments and job responsibilities
• Valid driver's license
• Availability to travel up to 100%

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior Audit experience (financial, compliance, operational, or dealership/franchise)
• Experience with automotive OEM dealership management systems
• Experience with highly automated/digital processes; including but not limited to auditing techniques, claims processing, and optical xykwogc recognition software
• Experience researching, implementing, or authoring technical requirements, policies/procedures, and other governing documents
• Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner, or PMP Certification
• Advanced Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related degree

OFFER:

• Salary range: from €45.000 to €50.000, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
• Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL - CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
