The Prada Group is seeking a Director, Wholesale — Global to lead the EMEA wholesale business and coordinate wholesale across Americas, APAC, JP & Korea. The role requires executive-level leadership, financial acumen, and brand stewardship to drive revenue and ensure cross-regional coherence.

You will oversee global ecommerce, franchise partnerships, governance and performance reporting, while building a high-performance wholesale team across markets and delivering strategic account growth.

• Experience in luxury fashion wholesale across international markets.
• Proven ability to drive multi-region businesses with commercial and financial acumen.
• Strong leadership and executive-level communication.
• Knowledge of distribution, franchise operations, and compliance.
• Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial.
