Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Digital Logistics Specialist to drive the digitalization of global shipment visibility. You will manage and improve digital solutions, oversee track and trace tools, and coordinate with logistics teams, ecommerce, customer service, and carriers to ensure end-to-end visibility.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics or supply chain, a curiosity for new digital solutions, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication across diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in logistics, digital logistics or supply chain roles.
• Curiosity toward emerging digital solutions for logistics (visibility tools, carrier APIs, digital twins, AI based forecasting, etc.).
• Experience working with carriers and logistics technology providers.
• Analytical thinking and structured approach to managing activities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Reliability, attention to detail and strong problem solving attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation, configuration and enhancement of shipment visibility platforms, including requirements gathering and definition of key functionalities.
• Manage integrations with carriers worldwide, gathering requirements from regional transportation managers.
• Market scouting to identify new opportunities and technologies, solutions benchmarking and implementation.
• Analyze and improve data quality provided by logistics partners.
