Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in Italy is seeking a detail-oriented logistics planner to join the Planning Department. You will support outbound and inbound transportation activities, ensuring efficiency and service quality, and collaborate with warehouse teams to keep operations smooth.

The role requires a Master's degree in Economics or Engineering, fluency in English, and strong Excel skills. You will also assist with invoicing and documentation for extra-EU shipments, using SAP Transport Cockpit as part

Qualifications

Master's degree required in Economics, Engineering or related field.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Strong interest in transportation and logistics.
Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.

Responsibilities

Support the planning and coordination of outbound and inbound transportation activities, ensuring efficiency and service quality.
Assist in daily management of transport operations through SAP Transport Cockpit.
Prepare and manage invoicing processes, along with all documentation for extra-EU shipments.
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operational flows.
Contribute to reporting activities, using Excel to analyse data and monitor performance.
