EY is seeking a Digital Content Project Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver digital content initiatives across ey.com and related platforms. You will modernize content operations through AI and automation, while coordinating across BMC, SEO and regional teams to align priorities and timelines.

The role focuses on delivering structured project plans, governance, and scalable content delivery, transforming workflows and processes for improved efficiency and quality across global teams.

Competenze

• Experience managing digital content and related operations within a complex global environment.
• Strong understanding of the digital content lifecycle: creation, optimization, publication, governance and retirement.
• Familiarity with enterprise content management and marketing platforms (AEM, Marketo).
• Knowledge of SEO, GEO, content taxonomy and governance principles.
• Experience leveraging AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Understanding of how AI and technology transform content operations and workflows.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital content initiatives, including optimization programs and publishing processes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, delivery schedules, milestones and reporting.
• Coordinate delivery across regional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Monitor progress, risks and dependencies, driving resolution and escalation as needed.
• Ensure governance standards are applied throughout the content lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to adopt AI, automation and new technologies to improve productivity.
• Lead change management for new tools and operating models.
• Maintain project documentation and status reporting for transparency.
