JAKALA, a data, AI, and experiences company, seeks a candidate for its Global Development team to drive post-merger integration and cross-country commercial growth. You will work directly with senior stakeholders to turn acquisitions into operating models and scalable processes across the Group.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in strategy/consulting, strong problem-solving skills, and fluency in Italian and English, with advanced MS Office and analytics tool experience (Power BI, SQL).

Competenze

• 1–2 years experience in Strategy/Management Consulting, Transaction Services/PMI, Corporate Development or group strategy roles.
• Structured problem solving with clear plans, solid Excel models, and compelling PowerPoint storytelling.
• Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders and owning a workstream end-to-end.

Mansioni

• Drive post-merger integration workstreams: assess how acquired companies operate, redesign key processes, define targets between local entities and HQ.
• Contribute to cross-country commercial growth initiatives and strengthen group synergies.
• Coordinate Group functions (Finance, Marketing, IT, etc.) and local teams on integration plans and governance.
• Work with senior stakeholders: prepare steering materials and engage with C-level and other stakeholders.
