Job summary

Novastone Capital Advisors seeks a Corporate Legal & Governance Specialist to join our legal team and manage the Group’s corporate structure across multiple European jurisdictions. The role blends governance, entity management, and legal operations, supporting internal teams and external partners to ensure compliant, efficient entity administration.

The ideal candidate holds a law degree and 1–2 years of relevant post-qualification experience, ideally in law firms or in-house corporate services,

Qualifications

• Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Approximately 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in corporate law or related fields.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and company secretarial matters.

Responsibilities

• Maintain EMS and corporate records across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate incorporation, maintenance, dissolution and other corporate actions.
• Prepare and file statutory documents with registers and authorities.
• Coordinate governance meetings, minutes and resolutions.
