Job summary

Dainese, a global leader in protective equipment and apparel for motorcycling and dynamic sports, is seeking a Legal Specialist - Contracts & Litigation to join the Legal Department. The role focuses on contract management and litigation management across domestic and international matters.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Law.
• 3-5 years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department, with exposure to contract management and litigation/dispute management.
• Solid experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts across different business areas.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of contracts across commercial, marketing, sponsorship, retail, e-commerce, procurement, IT, finance, and real estate.
• Provide legal support throughout the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policies and risk mitigation.
• Support management of domestic and international litigation, coordinating with external counsels and forming legal strategies.
• Collect, review, and organize documentation and records for litigation and dispute resolution.
• Monitor proceedings, deadlines, and dispute-related activities with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
• Coordinate with external law firms and advisors to ensure timely and prioritized handling of matters.
• Provide administrative and back-office support including budget monitoring and archiving.
