MENARINI Group is seeking a Cloud Security & Networking Specialist to drive strategic planning, design, and implementation of complex group network infrastructure across affiliates and cloud environments. The role collaborates with international teams to establish standards, lead projects, and ensure secure LAN/WAN, WLAN, PBX and security integrations.

The ideal candidate has extensive Cisco networking experience, strong supplier management skills, and a track record of delivering secure ICT

Competenze

Master's degree in Telecommunication or Information Technology or related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in managing Networks and Wi‑Fi in complex CISCO environments.
Extensive experience in strategic supplier management and contract negotiation.
Expert in advanced networking systems and communication protocols; strong ICT and Manufacturing Security knowledge.

Mansioni

Lead configuration and upgrade of advanced switches, VLANs, port channels and security features.
Monitor traffic patterns and optimize LAN performance.
Design, implement and manage enterprise-grade Wi‑Fi environments with high availability.
Oversee PBX infrastructure and strategic planning for enhancements.
Manage internet Data Links and SDWAN connectivity including vendor negotiations and contracts.
Provide mentorship to affiliates on complex networking issues and act as SME.
Lead international projects focused on networking security and cloud security measures.
