Psi CRO is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead global, multi-center trials across oncology and GI indications. You will drive projects from startup to closure, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.

You will build and lead cross-functional teams, coach project members, and serve as the main client contact. Fluency in English is required, with strong communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Recent clinical research experience in project management or equivalent (e.g., CTM).
• Global or regional clinical PM experience including startup to closure.
• Oncology and GI (IBD, UC, Crohn's) experience preferred.
• Experience managing Phase II and III clinical projects is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage global, multi-center clinical research projects in various therapeutic areas.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Lead and manage multi-functional project teams.
• Train, mentor and coach project team members.
• Serve as primary client contact on all project matters.
• Attend bid defense meetings and help develop proposals and client presentations.
• Implement company standard practices and ensure compliance with procedures.
