Job summary

Datalogic is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to lead and strengthen its global cyber security posture across IT, OT, cloud, applications, identity and compliance. You will define standards, policies and roadmaps while embedding security into projects, operations, vendor management, audits and product initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in IT with 7+ years in cyber security in software, tech or manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading cyber security in global or multi-site organisations.
• Strong knowledge of hybrid ICT architectures across on-premises and multi-cloud.
• Solid understanding of networking, virtualization, endpoint security, IAM, OT security and incident response.
• Experience with audits, compliance, vendor risk and security frameworks.
• Previous people-management experience.
• Strong communication, with ability to translate risks into business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the global cyber security roadmap with priorities, KPIs, investments and risk reduction.
• Support CIO in security strategy, budget and reporting.
• Develop and enforce global security policies, standards and baselines.
• Oversee security across servers, endpoints, networks, cloud and on-premises.
• Lead incident response governance, escalation and post-incident reviews.
• Oversee SOC and SIEM services, improving monitoring and perimeter coverage.
• Strengthen identity and privileged access management and reviews.
• Partner with IT, OPS and R&D to enhance OT and product security.
• Maintain global cyber risk register and remediation roadmap.
• Ensure alignment with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, CIS, GDPR.
• Lead security audits, vendor risk assessments and customer security reviews.
• Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans for global IT.
