GEA Group is seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive the worldwide sales development of its Cheese Processing portfolio. In this role you will lead the sales and sales support organization for new machinery and processing lines, including offer preparation and pre-contract sales engineering activities.

Competenze

• Master's degree in engineering/economics/food tech or equivalent.
• At least 15 years of professional experience in commercial leadership roles, incl. 5+ years in sales management.
• Strong knowledge of the dairy processing industry and international business experience.
• Excellent negotiation, contract, and financial understanding.
• Fluent Italian and English; additional languages a plus.

• Lead front-sales and sales support teams; develop and implement the sales plan.
• Manage Sales Front-End, Technical Offering, Sales Engineering, Sales Administration & CRM.
• Participate in customer negotiations and commercial offering activities.
• Negotiate terms with Legal and Finance; ensure profitability.
• Coordinate with customers or via the global sales network; collaborate with Marketing on global plans.
• Manage agents and distributors, including commissions and compliance.
• Define pricing and discount policies; implement price lists and profitability controls.
• Build the business development strategy and go-to-market for Cheese Processing.
• Support product development and contribute to R&D priorities and business cases.
• Manage cost center and personnel budget.
• Maintain relationships with customers and GEA sales leaders globally.
