RINA is recruiting a Certification Project Manager for its Genoa, Italy office. The role focuses on coordinating scheme owner portal activities, data entry, and monitoring to ensure alignment with external platforms and scheme owner requirements.

The candidate will work with an international operators pool on data quality and process improvements related to Decarbonization & Food schemes. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required along with 5+ years of project leadership experience.

Competenze

• Experience with KPIs, SLAs, and monitoring tools.
• Experience with digital portals and information systems.
• Excellent command of Excel; Power BI is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma.
• Good command of English.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and orchestrate operational activities, including data entry in scheme owner portals, updating files and monitoring certification progress.
• Interact daily with a pool of operators; provide guidance and ensure information flow among systems and portals.
• Monitor milestones, timelines, KPIs and SLAs; identify deviations and issues.
• Oversee data quality and system alignment; coordinate collection and sharing of required information.
