RINA in Genoa, Italy invites applications for a Certification Project Manager to join the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division. The role ensures operational coordination of the scheme owner portal management and monitoring activities, aligning internal systems with external platforms and meeting timelines defined by scheme owners.

You will work with an international pool of operators on data entry and monitoring, oversee data quality and process alignment across Decarbonization & Food

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team on projects of moderate size/complexity.
• Experience with data entry, portals and information systems.
• Strong command of English; Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

• Operational coordination of activities.
• Coordinate data entry in scheme owner portals, update files and documentation, and monitor certification progress.
• Ensure timely milestones and alignment with scheme owners.
• Interact daily with an international pool of operators.
• Provide operational guidance, priorities, and clarifications.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs related to portal activities.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across portals and internal systems.
• Stakeholder interaction with planners, auditors, PMs and scheme owner counterparts.
• Identify deviations and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
