RINA is recruiting for a Certification Italy Innovation Project Business Development Manager to join its Genova office within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division. The role focuses on driving growth, expanding opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and leading contract negotiations while staying updated on offerings.

Educational requirements include a Bachelor's in Engineering or Computer Science and a Master’s in Economics.

Competenze

Substantial experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
5-8 years or more of relevant experience.
Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements.
Analytical thinking to assess market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics.
In-depth knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
Familiarity with CRM systems to streamline business development processes.

Drive and Monitor Order Intake Pipeline: manage the sales pipeline and monitor order intake KPIs.
Update Pipeline with New Prospects: identify and add new potential clients and research prospects.
Lead and Support on Contracts, Tenders, and Quotations: participate in negotiating and preparing tenders and quotations.
