Pirelli is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead development projects integrating Pirelli systems into series vehicles, focusing on stability and control.

You will work with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver on time, manage budgets, and ensure quality. The role combines engineering depth with leadership in a global, sustainability-minded company.

Fluency in English and experience interfacing with OEMs are required, with international mobility opportunities.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in electronic engineering or mechanical engineering.
• 5–10 years of proven Project Manager experience in automotive projects focusing on automotive electronic systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive technologies, software integration, multi-party projects, A-SPICE, functional safety, and cybersecurity methodologies.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience interfacing with OEM customers and external partners.
• Excellent proficiency in English.

• Lead comprehensive project plans for vehicle stability and control systems projects, defining scope and timelines
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to align goals and address changes
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for on-time delivery
• Monitor budgets and resource use to meet financial targets
• Ensure rigorous quality assurance to meet industry standards and customer expectations
• Provide guidance on automotive engineering, vehicle dynamics, embedded software, and V-cycle processes
