Job summary

Qualifications
- Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacy, Biochemistry or related field.
- Experience in analytical sciences, quality control or analytical development within regulated pharma.
- Knowledge of GMP, data integrity, validation and regulatory expectations.
- Expertise in chromatographic techniques, method lifecycle, transfers and investigations.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making; able to travel internationally ~25%.
Responsibilities
- Shape global laboratory transformation roadmap and translate priorities into scalable initiatives.
- Guide Quality Control and Analytical Science teams on complex decisions.
- Establish cross-site governance and portfolio priorities for analytics.
- Drive harmonization of methods, processes and equipment across the network.
- Lead automation, digitalization and AI-enabled lab transformation.
- Represent ATS in technology transfers and global deployments.
- Partner across functions to enable integrated, network-wide solutions.
- Strengthen the ATS community through coaching and knowledge sharing.
