Growy, based in Milan, seeks a hands-on FDE to map client processes into the Growy Brain and deploy the first agentic workflows using Growy's vast built-in integrations. You will teach clients to build and extend workflows autonomously and travel between Italy and Malta to deliver solutions.

You will mentor junior engineers as the deployment team expands, engaging with English and Italian-speaking clients and contributing to Europe-wide growth.

Competenze

• Fluent English required; Italian strongly preferred.
• Hands-on with LLMs, agents, and integrations; APIs/logs/debugging are familiar concepts.
• Experience mapping business processes with clients and delivering end-to-end workflows.

Mansioni

• Map the client's processes into the Growy Brain and keep context current as the company changes.
• Design, implement, and debug the first agentic workflows end-to-end: prompt design, tool configuration, error handling, human-in-the-loop approvals.
• Connect the client's stack through Growy's 3,000+ built-in integrations (e.g., Microsoft 365, ERPs, CRMs).
• Train the client's internal champions—non-technical users included—to build workflows on their own.
