Cross Border Talents in Barcelona seeks a German-speaking Sales Representative to join our international team. You will identify new business opportunities, engage with clients, and help them achieve goals through tailored digital solutions.

Qualifications

Fluent German (C1 or higher) with strong English communication skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in digital advertising, PPC, sales, or account management (6–12 months preferred).
Outbound or cold sales experience is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
Genuine interest in sales, marketing, and digital technologies.
Valid authorization to work in Spain.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
