Cross Border Talents invites a German-speaking Sales Representative to join our Barcelona team. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, engaging clients, and driving growth through tailored digital advertising solutions.

You will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with world-class training and strong growth opportunities. Requires German fluency (C1+) and English skills, plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Formación

• German language fluency (C1+) and strong English communication.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1 year or less in digital advertising, PPC, sales, or account management (6–12 months preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend digital advertising solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and industry developments.
