Docebo, an AI-powered learning platform, seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the Finance team in Italy, supporting the Senior Credit Manager. You will manage AR processes using NetSuite Suite Billing, ensuring accuracy in customer accounts and billing while collaborating with auditors and the Sales team to meet deadlines.

You will thrive in a global role focused on the EMEA region, balancing autonomy with teamwork in a hybrid work setup at Docebo.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Able to work well in a team with clear communication.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive mindset.

Mansioni

• Prepare and manage AR analyses and reconciliations.
• Check and release invoices through NetSuite Suite Billing.
• Resolve revenue issues with the Sales Team.
• Handle cash application and AR aging in the GL.
• Support monthly closes and quarterly receivables activities.
• Assist auditors and other finance team areas as needed.
• Support treasury tasks and cash flow forecasting.
