Geotab is seeking a Technical Support Specialist fluent in German and English to assist customers and partners across Ferrara, Lisbon and Madrid. The role focuses on diagnosing hardware and software issues within Geotab devices and the MyGeotab platform.

You’ll work with partners, customers, and internal teams via phone, chat, and email, delivering technical expertise and training while maintaining data confidentiality.

Competenze

• 1–3 years in customer service/support and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Post-secondary degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Expert Excel skills and proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule in a 24/7/365 operation.

Mansioni

• Diagnose technical hardware/software issues for Geotab products via phone, chat or email.
• Provide support to customers and partners; collaborate with sales and internal teams.
• Deliver product service training to resellers and customers.
• Coordinate return/exchange processes for Geotab devices and accessories.
• Maintain data confidentiality and security during support processes.
• Assist with network, device setup, reporting and portal navigation.
