Tavrion Dynamics in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business, manage the full sales cycle, and promote AI-powered advertising solutions. You will work in a target-driven environment, building relationships with clients and collaborating with internal teams.

The role requires German (C1) and English (B2), 2–3 years in B2B sales, and CRM experience. Base salary €30,000 with a bonus up to €5,175, relocation support, private health insurance, and ongoing training.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in pre-sales, lead generation or lead qualification.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with senior decision-makers.
• Proficient in using CRM systems.

Mansioni

• Identify and engage prospective clients via inbound/outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by generating new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored AI advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
