A leading AI solutions firm in Italy is seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Tech Lead to oversee the development of innovative AI solutions. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in Large Language Models and AWS. The successful candidate will manage a team of engineers, design and optimize ML models, and ensure scalable cloud implementations. The position offers a fully remote setup and potential sign-up bonus.

Competenze

• Proven experience with LLMs and NLP frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenAI).
• Strong expertise in AWS Cloud Services.
• Strong experience in ML/AI and at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage a team of 5-10 engineers.
• Design, develop, and fine-tune LLMs and other ML models.
• Architect and manage scalable ML solutions using AWS services.
