Reply specialises in the design and implementation of AI solutions and digital services. The AI Strategist will interview client stakeholders, run workshops, and translate priorities into concrete AI use cases, guiding data readiness and model development within the Reply Model Factory.

Competenze

• Candidates should have 3–8 years of proven AI strategy experience and ability to design AI solutions.
• Experience in stakeholder interviews, workshop facilitation, and requirements gathering is essential.
• Ability to assess data availability, data quality, and readiness for training, pretraining and post-training initiatives.
