WHO WE ARE

Reply is a company that specialises in Consulting, Systems Integration and Digital Services with a focus on the conception, design and implementation of solutions based on the new communication channels and digital media. Reply partners with key industrial groups in defining and developing business models made possible by the new technological and communication paradigms such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Cloud Computing, Digital Communication, the Internet of Things and Mobile and Social Networking. WHAT WE OFFER

• Implementation of Cutting-Edge Algorithms. You will use state-of-the-art algorithms to implement and automate workflows in an agile environment. You will work on transforming theoretical models into practical, scalable, and high-impact solutions.
• A concrete recognition of your achievements. Your starting gross annual salary (RAL) will range from €25,500 to €38,500, depending on your experience, qualifications, and academic achievements. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement, with an entry level between C3 and B3, determined according to the same criteria. Previous experience with cutting-edge technologies such as Quantum Computing, Physical AI, Agentic AI, Foundation Model and LLM training, fine-tuning, and optimization will be considered a strong asset.
• Research and Collaboration with Market Leaders. You will stay constantly up to date with the state of the art in Generative AI, collaborating with leading global tech companies and testing in advance the models that are reshaping the market.
• Bridge between Business and Technology. You will act as a link between the technical team and management, ensuring that business needs are correctly translated into technical requirements and that the developed solutions are fully aligned with strategic goals.
• Technological Excellence. At Reply, Generative AI is already a reality. You will work with GPT models from OpenAI, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, and advanced frameworks, within an environment that rewards technical curiosity and execution skills.

• Academic background. An excellent bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or related fields.
• Initial technical experience. Some hands-on experience in software development, ideally with Python (gained through academic projects or internships), and familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Curiosity for Generative AI. Strong interest in topics such as Prompt Engineering, RAG, and intelligent automation. We are looking for people who enjoy challenging themselves and continuously learning.
• Collaboration and communication. Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts clearly - because effective solutions are built through the combination of technology, people, and culture.
