DXC Technology Inc. in Milan is seeking a Data Scientist to support AI and Generative AI projects, delivering practical ML/NLP solutions and improving business processes within the Data & AI team.

You will work with senior colleagues to understand client needs and translate them into deployable AI solutions, including design and validation steps. The role emphasizes governance, GDPR compliance, and the use of enterprise GenAI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LiteLLM, and Langfuse.

Competenze

• Proven experience in Gen AI projects.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions, including design and implementation.
• Deep expertise in core Generative AI technologies, including RAG, Prompt Engineering, Observability, and AI Guardrails.
• Extensive experience with enterprise GenAI development frameworks and platforms, including LangChain, LangGraph, LiteLLM, Langfuse.
• Experience addressing AI governance, GDPR, and EU AI Act compliance throughout the AI solution lifecycle.
• Good knowledge of ML frameworks and libraries (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong proficiency in AI-powered software development and code generation tools.
• Experience with enterprise software delivery practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication; growing autonomy.

Mansioni

• Contribute to design and implementation of AI solutions, including machine learning models, NLP, and computer vision applications.
• Collaborate with senior team members to understand client requirements and translate them into practical AI solutions.
• Support direct relationship with clients/stakeholders for requirements gathering and solution validation.
• Support pre-sales activities, including preparing technical materials and contributing to client presentations.
• Stay up to date on AI trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to support solution development.
• Contribute to maintaining best practices and methodologies within the AI & Data Science team.
• Take part in AI solution projects, gaining hands-on experience in real client environments and progressively growing in autonomy.
