Adecco in Rome seeks a Generative AI & Copilot Specialist to lead adoption, governance, and delivery of AI initiatives across mobility services. You will collaborate with business and tech teams to identify opportunities, deliver AI-powered solutions, and ensure measurable value while maintaining security and GDPR compliance.

Key responsibilities include shaping the AI roadmap, prioritizing use cases, and enforcing governance standards.

Competenze

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and ML management.
• Ability to define AI roadmaps and manage projects.
• Strong knowledge of AI governance, GDPR compliance and risk management.
• Familiarity with ERP ecosystems (SAP4HANA, Salesforce) and data tooling.
• Proficiency in Python for AI analytics and data work.

We are looking for a Generative AI & Copilot Specialist.

Our client is an important player operating in the Mobility Service Sector.

AI EXPERT is responsible for driving the adoption, implementation, and governance of Artificial Intelligence initiatives. The role works closely with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities, deliver AI-powered solutions, and ensure measurable business value while maintaining compliance, security, and ethical standards.

Mission

• Define and maintain the corporate AI roadmap.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize high-value AI use cases.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, security requirements, and the European AI Act.
• Promote AI governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.

Main Activities

• Lead the analysis, design, implementation, and deployment of AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Support the integration of AI capabilities into existing or new business applications and platforms.
• Validate KPIs and measure business impact and return on investment.
• Manage relationships with vendors, system integrators, and technology partners

Hard Skills

• Generative AI, Large Language Models and machine learning management
• Project Planning and Scheduling: Proficiency in creating detailed project plans, timelines
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks, assessing their impact, and developing mitigation strategies based on the task already defined (cost, timing and resources)

This position is based in Rome.

The compensation package includes a gross annual salary between € 45.000 and € 50.000, commensurate with the candidate's experience and skills.
