Allianz SE’s Global P&C Pricing team is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to design and deploy GenAI solutions for insurance pricing, spanning retrieval systems, agentic workflows, and production deployment.

You will collaborate with actuaries, data scientists and transformation architects to ensure scalable architectures, define standards, and advance AI capabilities across pricing lifecycle in a global, multilingual context.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Physics, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, or related).
• 3–5 years of practical GenAI solution design and deployment experience.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end AI architectures and LLM-powered tools.
• Proficiency in Python; knowledge of SQL, ETL, and data modelling is a plus.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace).
• Experience with agentic and RAG frameworks and vector databases.
• Familiarity with MLOps, Git, Docker, Kubernetes; containerization.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• International experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Genuine passion for AI and interest in insurance pricing.
