Allianz Global P&C Pricing seeks an AI Solutions Architect to design and govern scalable GenAI architectures for insurance pricing. You will build end-to-end AI solutions, spanning retrieval systems, agentic workflows, and production deployment, and integrate GLMs, LightGBM, and rating engines into the pricing stack.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, CS, or Data Engineering.
• 3–5 years of hands-on GenAI design and deployment in a professional context.
• Experience with end-to-end AI architectures, LLM-powered tools, and AI/ML model integration.
• Proficiency in Python; familiarity with SQL, ETL, and data modelling is a plus.
• Cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and LLM APIs experience required.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, and MLOps concepts is a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and English; strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Design and develop end-to-end AI architectures for insurance pricing, including retrieval systems and production deployment.
• Lead integration of AI/ML models (GLMs, LightGBM) and rating engines into agentic architectures with natural language interaction.
• Build and maintain LLM-powered tools for tariff analysis, code generation, simulations, and regulatory docs.
• Prototype AI solutions and present them to senior stakeholders in workshops and advisory sessions.
• Collaborate with actuaries, data scientists and AI architects to ensure scalable and robust solutions.
• Contribute to AI architecture standards and best practices within the Global P&C Pricing team.
