Ebury Milan is launching a Business Developer / FX Sales Associate role to accelerate growth in international payments. You’ll start with structured training, mentorship, and a clear path to senior sales positions, earning uncapped commissions as you build a client portfolio.

You’ll engage decision-makers across sectors, tailor solutions, and work with teams to onboard new clients, gaining deep insight into FX and global trade while developing leadership potential.

Competenze

• Recent graduate seeking sales career in FinTech/FX
• Experience in B2B sales or client-facing environments preferred
• No FX experience required; comprehensive training provided
• Fluency in Italian and strong business English required
• Interest in financial markets and global trade helpful
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ambitious targets

• Drive new business opportunities by connecting with decision-makers across industries and presenting FX and payment solutions
