Deutsche Bank in Italy offers a six-month internship on the RMS FX desk, starting November 2026. You will analyze client risk exposures, support risk management strategies, and gain hands-on experience across FX, commodities, and rates while collaborating with sales and trading teams.

The program emphasizes client coverage, market updates, and exposure to the full trade process, including pricing, onboarding, and documentation, with a focus on responsible use of AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; near completion of a Master’s in Finance.
• Strong quantitative aptitude with interest in financial markets.
• Clear, accurate communicator comfortable in client-facing situations.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Commercial acumen and self-motivation with drive for new opportunities.
• Nice to have: experience on a fixed income or macro products desk.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and ethical use of data.

Responsabilités

• Analyze complex client risk exposures and contribute to tailored risk management strategies.
• Assist in cultivating client relationships through idea-driven coverage and updates.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance and Capital Markets to originate new risk management business.
• Gain exposure to the trade process: documentation, onboarding, credit approval, pricing, execution.
• Support preparation of client presentations, financial analyses, and term sheets.
• Work with Rates and Commodities desks to broaden understanding of integrated risk solutions.
